You now have a Lasting Power of Attorney that is just as legal as if it had been done by a Solicitor.
You can then send it to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration whenever you want.
That's not quite where our service ends, though :-

Just to be on the safe side, a Professionally Qualified Checker will review your document(s) and let you know by email within 2 working days if you have made any mistakes. It is then your responsibility to make any changes required. It is very rare that we find anything serious, but we feel that this step is important to give you peace of mind. |

At any time after Step 3 above, you can make unlimited changes to your document(s) completely free of charge for 60 days after purchase (and at a 20% discount after that). |
