Our Professional Checking Service takes the form of an email that you will receive within 2 working days of the purchase of your documents. This email will EITHER give your documents the ‘all clear’ (in which case you can use the versions you downloaded at purchase time) OR suggest alterations to be made – with a direct facility to contact us if you require further clarification.

As an optional extra, if you have purchased our Printing & Binding Service, we don’t suggest alterations to be made. Instead, we make them for you, and generate and email (and later post) to you the corrected documents.

To complete your Will, you don't have to contact us and you don't have to wait for us to contact you. You do everything online.

How does the tenminutewill.co.uk Service work ?

Our service is quick, simple to use, and convenient - with no complicated forms to fill in and no payment required until we've shown you what you'll be buying. In just 5 simple steps you will have a fully legal document : -

1.	Click here to start.
2.	Answer the simple multiple-choice questions, and enter the information we ask for.
3.	At the end, check the Summary of what you've entered.
4.	Make your payment and download your documents.
5.	Print & sign following the instructions we send you.

You will now have a Will (and/or LPA) document that will be just as legal as if it had been written by a Solicitor.

That's not quite where our service ends, though :-

(a)	Just to be on the safe side, a Professionally Qualified Willwriter will review your document(s) and let you know by email within 2 working days if you have made any mistakes. It is then your responsibility to make any changes required. It is very rare that we find anything serious, but we feel that this step is important to give you peace of mind.
(b)	At any time after Step 4 above, you can make unlimited changes to your document(s) completely free of charge for life (unless you want us to check your amendments, in which case there is a small fee of £8.95 per document).
