How the TenMinuteWill Service works
Our service is quick, simple to use, and convenient - with no complicated forms to fill in, and no payment required until we’ve shown you what you'll be buying.
In just 3 simple steps, which take just a few minutes, you’ll have a legally-binding Will :
1. Answer Questions
Our Intelligent Online Questionnaire will guide you quickly through the ‘drafting’ process with a series of multiple-choice plain English questions.
Based on your answers, you’ll then be asked to enter only the information required to create your Will.
You can proceed at your own pace, with online help and responsive support from professionally-qualified real people. You can even save your work and come back later.
2. Check and Pay
When you’ve completed the questionnaire, check the Summary of what you’ve entered and (optionally) preview the first few paragraphs of your Will.
If you’ve made a mistake or want to change something, that’s no problem: you can go back and edit as many times as you want.
When you’re fully satisfied with what you’re going to get, you can make your payment.
Your Document Package will then be made available immediately, in PDF format.
If you then discover that you’ve made a mistake, or want to change something, that’s no problem either: you can make as many changes as you want - and generate a new Document Package - an unlimited number of times for 60 days at no further charge.
3. Print and Sign
Download your Document Package, then print it out.
At a time convenient to you, sign your Will in the presence of 2 witnesses, using the instructions document provided.
With a few exceptions (e.g. they cannot be blind, as they actually have to see you sign) your witnesses can be anyone over 18. You will find further details in the instructions document.
YOU NOW HAVE A LEGALLY BINDING WILL
That’s all you have to do. You will now have a Will (and/or LPA) document that will be just as legally-binding as if it had been written by a Solicitor, done in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost.

Secure Will Storage : You can optionally subscribe to our Secure Document Storage service if you wish to have your signed & witnessed Will kept somewhere it can always be located, rather than keeping it at home. |
